Tips to remain Happy and stress free

Stress………. when I hear this word all the memories related to it in past come into my mind. Stress has become the cause of many illness and diseases in todays world. The best example is heart attack. It effects both our physical as well as mental health.So to remain healthy, one has to be both physically and mentally fit. Happiness is simple way to overcome stress. Here are a few tips to remain happy so as to be stress free:-

  •  Taking a nutritious diet is very important for
    both physical and mental health. Include lot of fresh fruits,
    vegetables, pulses, sprouts in your diet or just opt an organic ones.
  • Taking up a hobby (not your profession) will relax both you and your mind. Itwill even make you have inner happiness.
  • Start an early morning walk and enjoy the fresh
    air, the birds chirping ,the greenery, the beautiful sunrise…. It is
    a sure way to de-stress yourself . Just let yourself Free in the arms of nature.
  • When you are stress your brain starts lacking oxygen so practice deep abdominal breathing as it reduces
    stress .When you inhale your stomach should bulge out, when you exhale
    it should go in. You can practice for a few minutes daily .
  • Yoga: Savasana or the corpse pose relaxes the body thoroughly. You can practice for 15 minutes daily.
  • Meditation is another way to be calm.
  • Take a vacation it will sure give you freshness as you and your body need a break.
  • Go for spa treatments and pamper your body and yourself.is a great way to de-stress yourself.
  • Sleep is very essential for the body as it is rejuvenating and helps us to relax .
  • Laughter is the best medicine. Watch a humorous movie which is a wonderful way to relax.
  •  Be optimistic as it helps to lower stress.
  •  Learn to accept realities.
  •  Love yourself and be happy.
  • Take a tissue and go to your friend and share whatever is making you stresse. It really helps. May be your friend can help you with some sugguestions.
  • Lastly, sit a quiet place and re-think why or what is really making you stressed… and is it neccessary to be stressed for that reason…. You will find thatthere is no big reason to be stressed for so why are you taking stress.

Think it over and you will remain fit and healthy……forever!!!
